Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

Digital Marketing Masters operates the mobile messaging program associated with hvac.dmmadvertising.com. We value your privacy highly.

Information We Collect

When you order an audit or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, service area, and website. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

How We Use Your Phone Number

We use your phone number to deliver the audit you purchased and to respond to your requests. We only send text messages if you agree, either by checking the optional box at checkout or by saying yes when we ask on a call. We keep a record of when and how you agreed. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase.

Text Messages

Messages may cover your audit purchase, information you requested, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our services, such as payment processing and message delivery, and only so they can do that work for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile Messaging Compliance

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit the DMM website, purchase a program, or use the client portal. The goal is to be transparent while keeping the site useful and secure.

2. Information collected

This site may collect limited, non-personal information automatically:

  • Pages viewed and general browsing behavior
  • Device and browser type
  • Approximate location based on IP address
  • Referring website or search term

If you choose to send an email, submit an audit request, or purchase a program, only the information you include is received.

When you become a client, we collect the business information needed to build and verify your advertising accounts, including:

  • Business name, contact details, and billing information
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Business registration documents you upload
  • Links to your internal media vault or asset storage
  • Advertising account identifiers and campaign performance data

This information is used solely to set up, verify, and manage your advertising accounts. Uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage visible only to you and authorized DMM staff. We never sell, publish, or share your business documents or EIN with third parties other than the advertising platforms that require them for account verification.

4. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and bank details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the records needed to manage your account: payment status, amounts, dates, and receipts.

Information is used to:

  • Set up, verify, and manage your advertising accounts
  • Understand which content is most helpful
  • Improve site performance and relevance
  • Respond to inquiries and audit requests
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Provide reporting and account support through the client portal

6. Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand visitor behavior and measure ad performance. These services may use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data sharing

No personal information is sold. Data is only shared with trusted service providers that help operate the business, such as analytics platforms, payment processing (Stripe), and the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, and similar) where your campaigns run.

8. Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to the policies of the analytics providers used. Client business documents, EIN, and account records are retained for the duration of your engagement and as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your documents at any time (see Your rights below).

9. Security

Access to client data is restricted to authorized staff. Documents are stored in private storage with per-client access controls, portal access requires authentication, and sensitive internal materials are access-logged. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are in place to protect your information.
